Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management: Handle accounts payable tasks such as processing vendor invoices, expense reports, and making payments. Reconcile accounts payable balances to ensure they are accurate and resolve any issues. Maintain good relationships with vendors, respond to their inquiries, and ensure payments are made on time.

LS Software Utilization: Use LS Software to manage financial records, create reports, and ensure data accuracy. Apply and maintain best practices for using the software in financial tasks.

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements and reports. Help in creating budgets and forecasts. Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual results and budgeted figures.

General Ledger Maintenance: Keep and reconcile general ledger accounts. Perform tasks for month-end and year-end closing. Ensure all activities follow accounting principles and company policies.

Internal Controls and Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with financial regulations. Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in accounts payable and general accounting operations. Implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable.
• Proficiency in LS Software is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
